She obtained a Master’s degree in Engineering from Ibaraki University (Japan) and holds a Professional Engineer (PE Japan, Civil Engineering) certification.
Her areas of expertise include coastal engineering, geotechnical engineering, and project management, supporting the development of resilient infrastructure from planning through execution.
She is fluent in Vietnamese and Japanese (JLPT N1), and is also capable of business-level communication in English. Her Chinese proficiency is at a basic level. She is committed to delivering practical and high-quality solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Nguyen M. Hai is the Vice Director at PEDI Civil Solutions, with 10 years of experience in structural and materials engineering across academia and applied research. He holds a Doctor of Engineering from Utsunomiya University, Japan, and has served as an Assistant Professor at Utsunomiya University and a Lecturer at Da Nang University of Technology. His work includes participation in numerous R&D projects, bridging rigorous engineering science with practical implementation to enhance performance, durability, and constructability of infrastructure. Hai is fluent in Vietnamese and Japanese (JLPT N1), and is professionally proficient in English. He supports PEDI’s innovation pipeline from concept to validated solutions.

Phan H. Nhan is the Vice Director of PEDI Civil Solutions, with 7 years of leadership and delivery experience in traffic and environmental engineering. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Akita University (Japan) and has built a career spanning major construction operations and business management. Nhan previously served as a Construction Manager at Fujita Corporation, as CEO of FUCA Limited Company, and as Director of i8 Studio, combining on-site execution with strategic planning and client-focused solutions. He works across multidisciplinary teams to ensure project quality, safety, and efficiency. Nhan is fluent in Vietnamese and Japanese.

Phan H. Nam is a Technical Advisor at PEDI Civil Solutions, with 12 years of experience spanning structural analysis, AI-enabled engineering solutions, and risk assessment. He holds a Doctor of Engineering from Roma Tre University (Italy) and has worked as a researcher at Roma Tre University, contributing to advanced research and practical innovation in infrastructure engineering. He also serves as a Lecturer at Da Nang University of Technology and has participated in numerous R&D projects, bridging academic rigor with real-world application. Nam supports PEDI’s technical development through robust analysis, data-driven methodologies, and performance-focused design strategies. He is fluent in Vietnamese and English.

Dang H. Duy is the General Affairs Manager at PEDI Civil Solutions, with 11 years of experience in operational leadership and architectural engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Utsunomiya University (Japan) and has served as the Representative of Signart Co., Ltd., overseeing project coordination, stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery. Duy brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to day-to-day operations, supporting teams to maintain quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction across diverse project scopes. He is fluent in Vietnamese and Japanese, enabling effective collaboration in cross-cultural and international working environments.
